23 Mar Fashion Week Runways Styles Perfect for Maddyloo!
As fashion week travels around the globe, we are taking a look at the latest trends in hair, straight from the fashion week runways.
On the runways, long hair ruled. Long locks were flowing in carefree boho waves, voluminous in bombshell blowouts, and slicked back with gel and pomade for a sleek, out-of-the-water look. The biggest hair trends on the runways are still ponytails, braids and buns. Designers added sparkle and color to these classic styes with colorful hair accessories and headbands. Some designers used judiciously placed crimping to add volume and texture to otherwise minimalist ponytails and this can be an easy, modern and edgy update to a classic look.
Although it was all about length on the runway, the pixie cut is back with a vengeance, as celebs from Scarlett Johansson and Lily Collins to Rita Ora and Nicole Richie embraced the chop. The new pixie is edgier than its predecessors, with shaved sides, bold colors and cool, unstudied messiness. A pixie cut with long layers looks beautiful and feminine, but it can be tricky to keep those wispy layers out of your face. A Maddyloo headband is a perfect way to tame those locks and add a feminine twist to an edgy, short style.
